The community is located within Delaware County, Pennslyvania, in Middletown Township. West Baltimore Pike runs through the heart of the town. Glen Riddle is to the south of the neighborhood, and Lima is to the north. It is 4.1 miles south of Ridley Creek State Park. Some of the main roadways in the area include West Baltimore Pike, Pennell Road, Granite Drive, and Middletown Road. - Granite Farms Estates – located on West Baltimore Pike Road
